Belgrave Staffing is a Leeds-based event and hospitality staffing agency, built to close a gap the rest of the industry has left open.
Who we are
Belgrave Staffing sources and books bar staff, waiting staff, event crew and brand ambassadors for venues, caterers, planners and private clients. We operate as our own standalone agency, not a reseller sitting in front of someone else's staff bank. Our aim is to build our own team of vetted workers over time.
We're based in Leeds and supply staff nationwide, from single-shift bar cover to full event teams for larger venues and stadiums.
Why Belgrave exists
The UK event and hospitality staffing market tends to split two ways: large national chains that compete on scale but feel impersonal, and smaller local operators who may do good work but have no real process to point to beyond a testimonial page.
Belgrave sits in the middle. Professional in how it looks and operates, and willing to show clients the guarantee, the vetting process, and the compliance behind every booking.

Belgrave is growing its own bank of vetted hospitality staff so that, over time, we can self-fulfil bookings directly rather than relying on a fulfilment partner behind the scenes.
