Most staffing agencies tell you they're reliable. We'd rather show you what that actually means in practice.
If a booked member of staff is unable to attend, we will confirm a replacement, or contact you directly to talk through options, within [X hours, to be confirmed] of being made aware. We'll update this page with our exact published response time as soon as it's finalised. We'd rather leave it blank than guess.
Every worker we place goes through a plain, consistent vetting process before being offered for booking. This covers identity checks, relevant experience, and references appropriate to the role. We're building this out into a fully published, step-by-step process as our own worker bank grows, and will detail each stage here as it's formalised.
Belgrave Staffing is currently in the process of formal incorporation. Once complete, we'll publish our company registration number, Employers' Liability insurance certificate, Public Liability insurance certificate, and ICO registration on this page. Openly, not on request.
We think showing this process honestly, including while it's still underway, is more useful to you than a page that implies more than is currently in place.
The Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) set out equal pay and conditions for agency workers after 12 weeks in the same role. As our worker bank grows, we'll publish a plain-language explanation here of exactly how this is tracked and honoured for Belgrave-placed staff.
UK law requires every agency worker to be issued a Key Information Document (KID) before starting an assignment, setting out pay, deductions and other terms in plain language. A sample KID will be published here so both clients and prospective staff can see exactly what it covers before we're able to self-fulfil bookings directly.
Ask us directly. We'd rather explain it plainly than leave it to a page.
